Researchers from Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law, co-authors of the book "Comentário ao Código Civil - Parte Geral”

The book “Comentário ao Código Civil - Parte Geral” (Catholic University of Portugal, 2014) contains commentaries of the 396 articles of the 1st book of the Civil Code, in his newest version, by 43 authors, professors of the Law School of the Catholic University of Portugal.

A part of them are researchers from the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law: Ana Afonso, António Agostinho Guedes, Catarina de Oliveira Carvalho, Fátima Gomes, Henrique Sousa Antunes, José Brandão Proença, Júlio Gomes, Manuel Fontaine Campos, Maria Clara Sottomayor, Maria de Fátima Ribeiro, Maria da Graça Trigo, Raul Guichard Alves, Sofia Oliveira Pais.
