Prof. Raquel Carvalho, Prof. Filipa Urbano Calvão and Prof. Marta Portocarrero lecture the post-graduate Course “A nova Lei do Trabalho em Funções Públicas”

From the 1st November until the 12th of December, will take place the post-graduate Course “A nova Lei do Trabalho em Funções Públicas”, coordinated by Prof. Raquel Carvalho, researcher of Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law.

Along with Prof. Raquel Carvalho, who will lecture the 11th Session, “O regime disciplinar”, two other researchers of the Centre, Prof. Filipa Urbano Calvão and Prof. Marta Portocarrero, will lecture the 10th  Session, “Impugnação das sanções disciplinares: aspetos substantivos e contenciosos”.
