Prof. Maria Clara Sottomayor participated at the Project founded by the European Commission, Fundamental Rights & Citizenship Programme (JUST/2012/FRAC/AG/2755) ”European judicial cooperation in the fundamental rights practice of national courts - the unexplored potential of judicial dialogue methodology”, Centre for Judicial Cooperation, European University Institute, on the 1st of February of 2014, with the presentation “The conflict between freedom of expression and reputation rights in Portuguese case-law”.
