Following the colloquium in Lisbon, at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, which discussed the Draft Revision of the Code of Portuguese Administrative Procedure, the Catholic University Editor has collected in the form of e-book, all the presentations from the speakers.

 

It is the result of this lively debate that we present to the entire community of jurists, lawyers and academics, who are interested in Administrative Law and the future of the Portuguese Public Administration.
